Dear Travel Agent,
We inform you that the pre-seat on Azores Airlines routes is only available until 48h before the flight, upon payment. Within 48h, seats are automatically assigned and it’s not possible to change them. This is a temporary situation and a new newsletter will be sent to you as soon as this is solved.
We would also like to remind you that pre-seating is still not available on SATA Air Açores flights.
