SATA would like to remind you about the refund procedures. Please verify the below summary:
Refunds must be done, based on applicable fare rule, and only permitted via your GDS. Voluntary refunds that are requested via BSPlink, will be subject to a refund fee per ticket.
Refunds only permitted via BSPlink.
Any refund done through the wrong channel, will result in ADM. Both types of refunds, can only be done during the validity of the ticket. Expired tickets are not eligible for any kind of refund.
