1. LOT revises its COVID procedure (v4.23) on the following information:  

 

• extension of date to specify new travel dates to 31MAY21 for individual and group bookings (was 31MAR21)
   
• extension of canceled flights period for travels on/after 01APR21 (was till 31MAR21)
   
• for canceled travel on/after 01APR21: Ticket can be changed without any additional cost within +/- 30 days since the original travel date in the same compartment. If there are no flights available within +/- 30 days since original travel date, then +/- 30 days are counted from the first available scheduled flight.
   
• for canceled travel on/after 01APR21: Ticket can be changed without additional fees within one year since the date of issuance and within the same tariff. In case of tariff difference (season change included) - the difference must be collected in newly issued ticket (no PENF fee applicable).

2. My Favourite Seat

Following the needs of our clients, we are constantly working on the development of our offers. Lately, a new pricing policy has been introduced for the prior selection of the passenger's preferred seat, on domestic and international short-haul flights.

 

The Seat Map is divided into two zones: the preferred zone (front of the aircraft) and the standard zone. In addition, there are separate places with extra leg space. The division depends on the type of aircraft and the configuration on the specific flight. The service is available up to 36 hours before departure, price depends on the selected zone on the plane. The conditions for selecting a seat on intercontinental flights currently remain unchanged.

We kindly remind you that passengers travelling in LOT Business Class, LOT Premium Economy Class as well as Miles & More members with HON Circle and Senator status may choose a preferred seat free of charge.

3. Download your favorite press

 

With the safety and comfort of our passengers in mind, we have already replaced all traditional newspapers and magazines with eco-friendly digital editions. Traditional newspapers on-board our aircrafts and in LOT Business Lounges have been replaced by environmentally friendly e-press editions. Our guests can choose from over 1000 titles in a number of foreign languages. Passengers can easily access them via their smartphone, tablet or other portable devices. The offer is available throughout the journey; on the way to the airport, during the flight, and after landing (36 hours before the trip and up to 6 hours after arrival).
