Once Tradesupport@flysaa.com receives your trade promo request, Tradesupport@flysaa.com will respond to you within 5 working days with confirmation from our RM team (your booking) – and ticketing will then be required within 48 hours from flight confirmation. Payment will be via our website: www.flysaa.com using the Manage my booking option. An additional service fee of ZAR500 inclusive of vat will be added per ticket which will be non-refundable for duplicate requests and/or duplicate seats held in the agent’s GDS. Tradesupport@flysaa.com are the only authorised office to offer and book the Trade Promotion. Please remember that the Abidjan, Mauritius, and Sao Paulo Trade Promotion are valid for yourself and a companion, traveling together and not valid during the South African private and public-school holidays and subject to seats being available. Change fees and no-show fees of approximately ZAR2k in economy and ZAR4k in business class will apply per transaction. At time of changing, the fares must be upgraded to the published fares. After ticketing the Fare and YR will be non-refundable. Note For SAO: remember a valid yellow fever certificate is required on return to South Africa.
