Dear Travel Agent,
According to the Best Practices rules, SATA Azores Airlines would like to remind you that you are only allowed to book up to 3 segments on waiting lists, either in the same or in different classes, and always in previous flights to the confirmed segments. Any booking that contains four or more segments on waiting lists will be subject to cancellation with cost recovery through ADM, as provided in the Best Practices manual found at sata4agents.com.
